Aaron joined Wolferstans in May 2023 and is a Partner and the firm’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
Aaron works closely with Vikki Martin, the firm’s COLP, and Paul Bramall, the firm’s MLCO, on risk, compliance and regulatory matters. His particular focus is Anti-Money Laundering, alongside wider responsibilities for data protection, regulatory risk and complaints handling.
As MLRO, Aaron takes a practical approach, working with colleagues across Wolferstans to identify and manage risk and make regulatory requirements easier to understand and apply. He is supported in this role by his deputies, Nick Latimer and Adrian Wade.
Aaron also oversees the firm’s ISO and Lexcel audit processes and manages its CQS and WIQS accreditations.
Before joining Wolferstans, Aaron gained broad experience across risk, compliance, regulation and complaints handling in the legal, property and professional services sectors, having started his career in dispute resolution.
Away from work, Aaron enjoys most sports, particularly tennis and skiing, as well as exploring the Dorset coastline with his wife and dog and spending time with family and friends.
