Amelia is a trainee solicitor currently completing her fourth seat within our medical negligence department, having already gained experience in contentious probate, wills and probate, and the court of protection. She has a particular interest in supporting vulnerable clients and assisting with sensitive, complex matters across these areas.
Amelia graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2024 with a 2:1 in LLB Law. During her studies she volunteered in the Welfare Law Clinic, where she provided advice to individuals with disabilities and supported appeals relating to social security entitlements. Through competitions and networking opportunities during her degree, she secured a training contract with Wolferstans in 2022 and began her training in September 2024.
Amelia successfully passed her SQE1 examinations on her first attempt in January 2026, and is due to sit her SQE2 assessments in October/November 2026 alongside completing her solicitor apprenticeship.
Outside of work, Amelia enjoys going to the gym, reading, and spending time with her family and partner. Her favourite book is All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doer.
