Andrew joined Wolferstans in May 2022 and is a Partner and Solicitor in our Family department, specialising in all aspects of the law concerning children.
Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has been accredited by the Law Society as a Children’s Representative since 1999. Andrew is also a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children.
Andrew primarily acts on behalf of children and children’s guardians in public and private law matters, but has also acted for parents and other family members in public law proceedings, including care proceedings and adoption cases during his career.
Andrew is an experienced advocate in the family courts at all levels and deals with complex cases concerning children in which serious allegations are raised.
Andrew is known for his meticulous, knowledgeable, and calm approach.
