Aoife is a paralegal in the medical negligence department at Wolferstans.
Aoife graduated from the University of Reading with an LLB Law degree before going on to complete a Master’s in Legal Practice at the University of Law. As part of her postgraduate studies, she undertook SQE preparation and specialised in areas including dispute resolution, family law and business law.
During her undergraduate degree, Aoife also studied Medical Law, developing a strong understanding of the duties owed by medical professionals to their patients.
While studying for her master’s degree, Aoife worked as a medical administrator delivering cataract and glaucoma services across Devon and Cornwall. This role involved reviewing patient records and handling sensitive information, allowing her to develop a precise, calm and compassionate approach to her work.
Outside of work, Aoife enjoys attending women’s football matches, watching documentaries and reading.
