Aymee is a paralegal in our medical negligence department, working alongside Peter Tassart to support high‑value and complex clinical negligence claims.
Aymee graduated from The Open University in 2020 with an Honours Degree in Law. Before joining Wolferstans, she spent six years working as a transcriptionist in the legal field, converting spoken audio from hearings, depositions, interviews and medical dictations into accurate written transcripts used for correspondence and legal evidence. In 2026, she completed a Level 2 Business Administration certificate to further refine her skills and ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
Drawing on her background in legal transcription and administration, Aymee brings strong attention to detail and a clear, organised approach to her work. She plays a key role in managing documentation, supporting case preparation and assisting with the progression of complex medical negligence matters.
Outside of work, Aymee is a mother of three boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and keeping active.
