Bethany is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Wills and Trusts Department and is based at our Plympton office.
Bethany obtained a LLB Law degree from the University of Plymouth in 2016 and started working at Wolferstans in 2017. Bethany started in the firm in a support role, assisting the Wills and Trusts Department and gaining hands-on experience with a variety of matters. In 2021, Bethany started her CILEx professional qualification and began building her own caseload. In 2025, Bethany became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Bethany advises clients on all matters relating to Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney Grants of Representation and the administration of estates.
In her spare time, Bethany enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors and tending to her allotment.
