Carly is partner and chartered legal executive in our commercial property department with significant experience across all aspects of commercial property matters. Carly specialises in in landlord and tenant matters, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, property finance and development transactions. Carly has also acted for a number of charities in property related transactions.
Carly obtained her LLB Law degree from Swansea University in 2009 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017. Prior to joining Wolferstans, Carly has worked at national and regional law firms.
Carly is dedicated to helping her clients reach their desired outcomes in a pragmatic and collaborative manner.
In her spare time, Carly enjoys pilates and spending time with her family.
