Charlotte has been specialising in Court of Protection since 2013. Previously working alongside another Panel Deputy for 8 years and more recently managing the Court of Protection Team at a Local Authority. Charlotte became a graduate member of CILEX in 2020.
Charlotte handles a caseload, managing the finances and affairs for clients who lack the capacity to manage this for themselves. Charlotte specialises in assisting clients with complex capacity issues and dealing with difficult and contentious family situations.
Charlotte also manages the affairs of clients where named Partners of the firm act as attorney.
Charlotte deals with applications to the Court of Protection on behalf of the firm’s Panel Deputy and Lay Deputies and in respect to Co-Trustee land matters.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys socialising with her friends and family, keeping active and walking her dog.
