Connor is a Solicitor in our Property Investment team. He specialises in all aspects of residential property work, with experience in dealing with sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, grant of new leases and other matters alike.
Connor has a keen interest in acting on property investment matters and has experience in dealing with re-finances, buy-to lets, house of multiple occupations and acting on behalf of Lenders.
Before joining Wolferstans, Connor worked at a local law firm in which he completed his training contract. It was during his training contract that Connor had grown a passion for property law and was able to experience a wealth of different specialties within his property seats.
Connor believes that the client is at the heart of the work he produces and strives to ensure that his client’s have a seamless and stress-free experience.
Outside of work Connor is very active in the community and he spends his free time either playing a variety of sports or you can find him in the gym.
