Debbie joined Wolferstans in January 2022 and works in the personal injury claims department as a new client co-ordinator. She plays a key role in managing the journey of potential new clients, from the initial enquiry through to finalising funding arrangements, before seamlessly transitioning the case to one of the department’s specialist lawyers.
Debbie brings with her many years of experience working as a legal secretary, offering a strong foundation of legal knowledge and client-facing expertise. She is known for her approachable manner, attention to detail, and ability to support clients during the early and often uncertain stages of their legal journey.
Debbie is committed to delivering a positive and reassuring first point of contact, ensuring that every client feels heard, informed, and confident in the support they receive.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys long walks, spending time with friends and family, reading, and proudly supporting Plymouth Argyle.
