Emma joined Wolferstans in 1997, has been the HR Manager since 2010 and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) having qualified in 2014.
Emma works closely with Heads of Department to understand their business plan and resourcing requirements and makes sure the best practice is delivered throughout the entire recruitment process to ensure we recruit and retain the best talent.
Emma is a trained Mental Health First Aider and is passionate about the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff to include physical and mental health.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys travelling to different cities, walking, running and spending time with her family and friends.
