Emma is a Trainee Legal Executive in the medical negligence claims department. She acts exclusively for claimants and has been involved in this area of law since 2015.
Emma has extensive experience assisting on a wide range of complex medical negligence cases, working closely with Partner Peter Tassart. Her background also includes experience in personal injury claims, which has helped shape her empathetic and client-focused approach to litigation.
Since embarking on her formal legal training, Emma has become a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, with the goal of qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive. Her casework spans a broad range of medical negligence matters, and she is committed to securing justice and fair compensation for her clients.
Emma is known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and dedication to delivering an exceptional client experience. She supports clients through what can be an emotionally challenging process, ensuring they feel listened to, respected, and well-informed throughout their case.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her young family.
