Jack is a Solicitor in our Investment Property team, with experience facilitating a wide variety of property transactions to help property investors achieve their goals.
He advises both individual and corporate clients on the acquisition, disposal and management of a wide variety of properties including individual dwellings, HMOs, multi-unit blocks and land.
Jack is well-versed in negotiating contracts, and in co-ordinating with all parties to ensure a smooth completion process for even the most complex transactions.
Jack’s pragmatic approach and keen attention to detail enable him to deliver practical solutions tailored to his clients’ requirements. He knows that the conveyancing process can be stressful and so believes clear, prompt communication is paramount. He has acted for institutional investors, property companies, developers and private clients, earning a reputation for his responsiveness and commitment to client service. Jack is also experienced in handling landlord and tenant matters, including the negotiation of leases.
Jack graduated from Plymouth University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in Law with Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies. Since then, he completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with a Master of Laws Degree in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law, as well as the Professional Skills Course.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as reading a good book in his free time. You may also see him walking his dog or occasionally on the golf course.
