Jessie is a trainee solicitor in the medical negligence claims department at Wolferstans.
She joined the firm in January 2023 and works closely with Partner Peter Tassart on a range of medical negligence claims, with a particular focus on orthopaedic claims, gastric claims, cardiac claims, and fatal injury claims.
Having completed a BSc in Biomedical Science and an MA in Medical Ethics and Law, Jessie combined her interest in medicine and law.
At the University of Law, Exeter, Jessie completed the Graduate Diploma in Law in June 2022 and completed the Legal Practice Course in June 2025 which she undertook alongside her role as a paralegal.
Jessie commenced a training contract with the firm in September 2025, working within the Medical Negligence Team. She is now looking forward to starting her new seat with our Disputes and Litigation team in March.
Combining her academic background with practical legal experience, Jessie brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to her work. Jessie values building strong relationships with clients and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Outside of work, Jessie enjoys coastal walks and spending time with family and friends.
