Jodie is a solicitor in the Family department, able to assist and advise in a variety of family law matters including, separation, divorce, financial matters following a relationship breakdown, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and private law children matters.
Jodie is a member of Resolution, promoting their Code of Conduct to ensure the advice she provides is clear, concise and jargon-free. She works with clients with the aim to reduce conflict and promote early settlement wherever possible. She had been described as having a compassionate and caring nature when dealing with clients.
Jodie gained a first class LLB law degree from Cardiff University, and subsequently a distinction at master’s level from the University of Law in Exeter. She qualified as a solicitor in June 2023.
Outside of work, Jodie enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, walking on Dartmoor and exploring the Devon and Cornwall Coastline.
