John is a Senior Associate and a Solicitor in the Contentious Probate team within the Disputes and Litigation department. He joined Wolferstans in October 2022.
John obtained his LLB (Law with French) from Cardiff University in 2003 and qualified as a solicitor in 2007, specialising in Contentious Trust and Probate work since qualification.
He is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners having completed the Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes.
John has successfully represented a range of claimant and defendant clients over the years. He focuses on the early resolution of disputes wherever possible but is experienced in representing clients through to trial where necessary.
Outside of work, John enjoys time with his family and endeavours to keep fit through rowing and triathlon when time allows and in order to keep up with his young son.
