Keeva is a trainee solicitor in our residential conveyancing department. She began her Qualifying Work Experience immediately after completing her Law degree at the University of Plymouth and has already gained experience across several key areas of the firm. Following seats in medical negligence and court of protection, she is now building her experience in the property team, where she has developed a particular interest in client‑focused transactional work.
Her training reflects a natural progression between her earlier experience and her current focus. Many of the clients she assisted in previous departments, particularly those affected by medical negligence, later require long‑term planning, support with capacity‑related decisions and guidance on significant property matters, such as buying or selling a home or managing property interests. This cross‑department insight has strengthened Keeva’s understanding of how legal issues intersect throughout a client’s life.
Keeva is known for her dedication to clear, accessible client care. She consistently goes above and beyond to support clients through major life events, offering a calm and reassuring presence. She approaches every matter with practical problem‑solving skills and a solution‑driven mindset. Keeva is currently working alongside Tishka Chapman, an experienced conveyancer and partner at the firm, further developing her knowledge of residential property transactions and best practice.
Looking ahead, Keeva aims to build her career within residential property law. Her experience across multiple departments has confirmed her intention to qualify into the property team, where she hopes to support clients through some of the most significant milestones in their lives.
