Lena is Wolferstans’ Digital Adoption Specialist, leading initiatives that help colleagues embrace technology, drive innovation and adopt new ways of working across the firm.
With a background in Psychology, Human Resources and technology consulting, Lena brings a people focused approach to change and transformation. She is passionate about helping others work more effectively and believes successful technology adoption starts with understanding people’s needs, challenges and ways of working.
Having worked with organisations across a range of sectors, Lena combines a natural curiosity for technology with a strong understanding of human behaviour. She works closely with all teams across the firm to encourage innovation, improve ways of working and help colleagues realise the full value of digital tools, supporting Wolferstans in delivering exceptional legal experiences for our clients.
Outside of work, Lena enjoys playing whacky board games or finding yet another new activity to try out on the weekend.
