Nick is a Partner in the Wills and Probate Team based in the firm’s North Hill office in Plymouth.
Nick qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has been specialising in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Powers of Attorney throughout his career. Nick has previously worked for several firms in Cornwall before joining Wolferstans as a Partner in 2022.
Nick is a full member of both the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (ALL). He has also been accredited with the Older Client Care in Practice Award by Solicitors for the Elderly, indicating his expertise in supporting older and vulnerable people.
Nick has experience and expertise in assisting parents with children with learning disabilities with wills and trust planning. He has participated in several presentations locally for the charity, Mencap.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and is happiest when out walking or running in the countryside.
