Nicola balances providing an exceptional experience for clients who visit us in person, with handling new enquiries and discussing our services with prospective clients over the telephone. Nicola has spent 20+ years in the Betting Industry and brings a wealth of customer service experience.
Outside of work, she spends her time watching her youngest son play rugby. Her family keeps her busy with rugby and football most weekends. She also enjoys going to concerts and is a big fan of live music.
