Paul White is a Chartered Legal Executive in the personal injury claims department.

Paul has extensive experience in personal injury law, specialising in serious and fatal accident claims, road traffic accident claims, construction accident claims, and psychiatric injury claims.

Paul is a Director of  Motor Accidents Solicitors’ Society (MASS) and serves as the Regional Coordinator for the South West of England.

Paul represents clients in complex and high-value litigation, including fatal accident claims and inquests. An accredited Fatal Accidents Specialist and Assessor with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), Paul has successfully brought claims against public utilities, construction firms, and in contested road traffic collision cases. His expertise also includes acting for “secondary” victims suffering severe psychiatric injuries.

He qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1995 and became a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America in 1996. Between 2014 and 2019, he held the CITB Site Safety Plus award for Site Management Safety Training in the construction and civil engineering industries.

Known for his approachable manner, he encourages open communication and believes resolution often begins with understanding each party’s circumstances. He takes a keen interest in the development of case law and legal precedent, contributing regularly to thought leadership in the field.

Among Paul’s notable casework:

  • Successfully represented a severely injured pillion passenger in a multi-million-pound dispute
  • Achieved substantial, confidential settlements on behalf of widows in fatal accident claims
  • Successfully represented “secondary” victims suffering psychiatric trauma following fatal incidents
  • Paul contributes to monthly case law updates for MASS and is a published contributor to APIL’s Reality Check: The real stories of injured people.

Outside of work, he serves as Chairman of the Hospital Liaison Committee for Jehovah’s Witnesses, covering Plymouth and Cornwall hospitals, offering support to patients and healthcare professionals in seeking alternatives to blood component transfusions.

He enjoys cricket, football, and original blues music. He also speaks French and Spanish, “albeit slowly,” he adds.
