Peter is a Partner and Solicitor Advocate of the firm and specialises in higher value clinical negligence claims. He conducts all aspects of clinical negligence claims, with a particular interest in brain injury, orthopaedic, gastric, cardiac and fatal cases.
Peter is accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as a Clinical Negligence Specialist and a Senior Litigator and by the Solicitors Regulations Authority (SRA) with Higher Rights of Audience allowing him to represent clients as a solicitor-advocate in the Senior civil courts throughout England and Wales.
