Pippa Tanner-Wood is a Partner and Head of the Residential Property Team at Wolferstans.
Pippa joined the firm in 2014 at the start of her legal career and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She holds an LLB Law degree from the University of Plymouth and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford.
With over a decade of experience, Pippa brings a broad and in-depth understanding of property law. She began her career in the firm’s Commercial Property team, where she managed a diverse caseload including landlord and tenant matters, lease grants and assignments, secured lending and refinancing, freehold acquisitions and disposals, and pension fund (SIPP) transactions. She also worked closely with developers on the set-up and sale of residential schemes, as well as advising on new build commercial units and the ongoing management of business estates.
In 2024, Pippa transitioned into Residential Property to lead the New Build team. She acts for developers on plot sales across a range of local development sites, while also supporting the firm’s new build buyer team to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
As Head of the Residential Property Department, Pippa oversees a busy conveyancing team handling a wide range of residential transactions. She is known for her strong technical expertise and her commitment to delivering clear, practical advice, helping clients navigate the property process with confidence.
