Rebecca is a Senior Associate and Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow of CILEx) in the Wills & Trusts Department and is based at our Plympton branch office.
Rebecca graduated from the University of the West of England with an LLB Law degree in July 2013 and started working at Wolferstans in October 2013 in an administrative role. Rebecca has had several other roles at Wolferstans and joined the Wills & Trusts Department as the personal assistant to the Head of Department in early 2014, before then assisting the North Hill team as a Paralegal. Shortly afterwards, Rebecca graduated from the Charted Institute of Legal Executives (‘CILEx’) Graduate Fast Track Diploma with a Merit and Distinction and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in April 2019.
Rebecca regularly advises clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate applications and administration of estates and has a case load of 90+ matters at any given time.
Rebecca is a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, an Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Champion and a St Luke’s Hospice Compassionate Friend. Rebecca is always keen to work with and support local Charities and Organisations and was recognised for her hard work and contribution to local charities when she was awarded Plymouth Law Society’s ‘Young Lawyer of the Year’ Award in 2019.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys venturing outdoors and visiting new places with her four-legged friend, Eric.
