Rebecca is a solicitor and associate in our family department. She supports both married and unmarried clients through the legal and emotional complexities of relationship breakdowns. She specialises in resolving financial matters and child arrangements with clarity, compassion and efficiency.
Rebecca graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2016 before completing her Legal Practice Course in Bristol. She trained at a local firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2019. Rebecca joined Wolferstans in 2022 and is a key member of our family department, committed to delivering practical, supportive and high‑quality legal advice.
Her core area of expertise lies in the financial aspects of separation, including both contested proceedings and negotiated settlements. Rebecca has substantial advocacy experience and has developed a strong track record of helping clients resolve financial matters without the need for court intervention, saving them time, stress and cost.
Rebecca also represents parents in disputes concerning child arrangements and regularly assists clients through children proceedings. She guides parents through these situations with sensitivity and a clear focus on the child’s best interests.
