Shawn joined Wolferstans in November 2022 as a Business Support Administrator and quickly distinguished himself through his keen eye for detail and strong work ethic. His dedication led to a promotion to Senior Administrator in 2024, and in February 2025, he embraced a new opportunity by joining the Property Team as a Post Completion Administrator.
In this role, Shawn manages a range of key tasks including, including Land Registry applications, Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, Companies House submissions, and liaising with lenders. His accuracy and efficiency ensure that every aspect of the process is completed to the highest standard.
