Tatiana is a Trainee Solicitor in the Disputes and Litigation team at Wolferstans, where she assists the team on a broad range of contentious probate matters, including will validity disputes and Inheritance Act claims. She previously completed a seat in Medical Negligence, giving her a strong foundation in litigation which she applies to her current role.
Tatiana is currently preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Exams through the SQE apprenticeship scheme on her route to qualification as a Solicitor.
Tatiana joined Wolferstans in September 2025 after graduating from the University of Plymouth with a First Class Honours degree in Law. During her final year, she undertook a Work Based Learning placement with the Medical Negligence team at Wolferstans, gaining valuable insight into this complex area of law.
While at university, Tatiana was actively involved in the University of Plymouth Law Society, serving as Negotiations and Client Interview Officer and later as President, helping to strengthen her confidence in collaborative working and client interactions.
Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her friends.
