Zhara joined Wolferstans in 2025 as a paralegal in our court of protection department. She has strong previous experience working with vulnerable customers in the financial sector/NHS, and with account management/applications for mortgages. She has used this experience to gain a strong background providing high-quality, client-focused service and experience.
Her experience in the financial sector has enabled her to gain skills to build strong, trustworthy relationships with clients which is fundamental to achieving positive outcomes. These skills will continue to grow when supporting vulnerable clients in the court of protection team managing property and financial affairs.
An example of this is having a high level of communication with clients, as she works on the understanding that when managing accounts, the small gestures and relationships built makes all the difference in the experience when working with vulnerable clients. Having empathy and showing care through actions is imperative and keeping people updated throughout what can be very difficult situations for many people.
Outside of work, Zhara will try and volunteer when she can to support the community litter picking or supporting charities such as St Lukes. This has also included doing some work within the community marketing small businesses through written and video content. Zhara also loves to read dystopian fiction and is very into fitness and living a healthy, organised lifestyle inside and outside of work.
