What will you do?
The Court of Protection has appointed Samantha Buckthought as Property and Affairs Deputy for a large number of clients. Our experienced and dedicated Court of Protection team of solicitors, legal assistants and paralegals support these clients to manage their financial affairs.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced area of our business where high volumes of interaction with clients and experts is required, each one requiring appropriate focus and attention to deliver positive outcomes.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and legal support to a team of Lawyers in the day to day running of their cases and to liaise with clients and third parties as required. This will involve managing your own workload, liaison with our clients, their wider support network and third parties, maintaining accurate files and assisting with reports.
You will be based at our North Hill office with the flexibility to work from home, after a period of training.
