What will you do?

Your responsibilities will include supporting the Premises & Business Support Manager in the delivery and monitoring of all administrative requests, including oversight of work allocation and issues identified, ensuring delivery of all administrative requests for the Business Support Team are progressive, efficient, compliant and in line with the firm’s vision of delivering exceptional legal experience.

Responsibilities linked to Senior Administrator duties:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining weekly rota.
  • Responsible for prioritising team workloads.
  • Checking capacity and reallocating workloads where appropriate.
  • Creating e-chits, validating bank details and dealing with related queries.
  • Overseeing queries relating to incoming and outgoing post.
  • Oversee that support tickets are completed and assisting with allocation.
  • Assist the Premises & Business Support Manager in general day to day operational management and provide cover in their absence.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming and outgoing post.
  • Process all administrative requests to include scanning, faxes, binding documents etc.
  • Printing and collating of letters and documents.
  • Process all Adobe requests.
  • Responsible for closure of files.
  • Responsible for document storage and archiving to include document retrieval for employees and clients.
  • Responsible for destruction of files and client ID and updating databases.
  • Managing storage of personal possessions for both Probate and Court of Protection matters following protocol and keeping audit trail updated.
  • Managing allocation and completion of support ticket requests
  • Assist with stationery and sundry supplies.
  • Process all catering requests for functions.
  • Key holder and provide out of hours support.
