What will you do?

Your previous experience will enable you to run a full caseload of new build plot sales on behalf of developers and new build plot purchase on behalf of clients, you will be responsible and confident in carrying out the following:

  • Main point of contact for developers and clients.
  • Acting for new build purchasers:
    • review plot sale contract packs and draft title reports.
    • reviewing searches and draft search reports.
    • manage lender requirements and certificate of title, review mortgage offers, and issuing reports to clients.
  • Acting for developers selling new build units:
    • draft contract documentation for estate set up.
    • responding to enquiries.
    • managing plot sales and reporting to developers and agents.
  • Manage exchange and completion.

You will be based at our Plympton office.  After training, you will have the opportunity to work from home part of the week within a paperlight environment with essential IT equipment being provided to you.

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with previous experience of working in a similar role with responsibility of running a full caseload.
