Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive – NQ or up to 2 years PQE

What will you do?

You will be assisting the Head of Department and working with her team on complex and high value medical negligence cases, including birth injury claims, as well as running your own caseload of suitable medical negligence cases with supervision. This is a rare and excellent opportunity to work with and learn from a highly respected medical negligence specialist in an equally respected specialist department, acting solely for claimants.

You will be based at our North Hill office with the flexibility to work from home on a regular basis providing a 50/50 split of home and office working after a period of training.

What do you offer?

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. It is essential that you have previous experience of working for a reputable law firm in a similar role as part of a team and experience of running and managing a client caseload.
