For one week only, week commencing 15th December Wolferstans solicitors will waive their normal fee for preparing a standard Will* and instead ask you to make a donation which will go straight to the Special Olympics Plymouth & District.

Making or updating a Will is one of those jobs which many of us put off for another day, but now there is no excuse as Wolferstans and Special Olympics Plymouth & District have joined together to offer you a chance to make or update your Will and benefit Special Olympics Plymouth & District at the same time.  

A Will is an important document to ensure that your wishes are followed after your death. Why work hard to provide for your loved ones, and then leave it to chance to see if they inherit it?

It is very easy for your Will to become outdated, many changes will occur in your life and therefore it is important to regularly review your Will.

With more and more Wills being challenged it is even more important that your Will is drafted professionally.
