With convictions for domestic violence and abuse on the rise, and three quarters of prosecutions resulting in convictions, it’s important to be aware of the routes to access help and support during such a difficult period.  Legal Aid remains available (to those who financially qualify) and there is a domestic abuse project available to residents of Plymouth city.  These services can help victims of domestic abuse to gain support and advice.  We have a specialist team who can help gain access to this support and can assist to put protective measures in place.To read the 'Domestic violence convictions Devon and Cornwall up by a third' article, please click here.
