Herald: Plymouth domestic abuse group urging schools to learn more about the issue with special workshops
Vikki Martin, Associate, Solicitor at Wolferstans comments on an article in The Herald on 13.06.2014."Sadly children are often the forgotten victims of domestic abuse. Children growing up in a home where domestic abuse exists often believe that arguments and fighting is normal. It is important to educate children from a young age as to what is a healthy relationship so that the cycle is broken and so those children don’t find themselves becoming a victim or perpetrator of domestic abuse in the future. We are delighted to see that funding is in place for this invaluable education to be given in Plymouth."To view the full article, please click here.
