“I would highly recommend Elizabeth Smith and her team for an extremely thorough and professional pursuit of a claim, I am very satisfied.”
Mr O’Connor, Suffolk
“I was so pleased with the service I received from Wolferstans, they are very efficient and polite in handling my case, I would recommend them again in the future.”
Mrs Witcomb, Bristol
“An excellent standard of service. Extremely pleased that I chose Wolferstans. Even if the outcome of my case had been different, I still could not fault the service which I received. Elizabeth Smith was professional, approachable and extremely helpful throughout my case. Always kept me fully informed in all aspects of my case and helped me understand each step. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking legal advice.”
“Elizabeth Smith has been a huge help and support to us all during this process. She has always responded to our calls and emails promptly, putting our minds at rest when we had questions or concerns. She has been professional at all times and has always acted in the best interests of our family and the case in order to secure a successful outcome. “
“Although I didn’t really deal with the company as a whole, if they employ with the standards shown by Mrs Elizabeth Smith, then they are working to very high standards. Right from the very start it was clear that Elizabeth was extremely passionate and professional about her job and I believe she went over and above her job. She is obviously a very skilled, passionate, kind, driven, dedicated, compassionate and empathetic person. Liz was always there if I needed something explained and called me down when I would get upset from letters. If I called and left a message she got back to me ASAP and if I needed to speak to her over the weekend I would email and she would call me. What she did for me can’t be measured in £s. Based on the work done for me by Mrs E Smith, which was exemplary and without a doubt the most compassionate, considerate and kind person I have had the pleasure to meet, who fought as hard at times and even harder to get justice for my partner and also fought for my needs and justice.”
“Liz Smith is an absolute credit to Wolferstans. I found her at all times helpful, supportive and to possess very effective and efficient communication skills. Nothing was too much trouble and with the delicate nature of the claim, Liz and her colleague Ann Ball remained sensitive and empathetic and at all times professional. I couldn’t thank Liz enough for her help in getting my claim resolved so I can now move forward with my life putting my medical ordeal behind me.”
V Lindley-Buckley, Plymouth
“From start to finish my solicitor Liz was professional and friendly and I am grateful that Wolferstans took on my case as it had been declined previously by 2 different medical negligence firms.
I had left it nearly to the deadline of 3 years with just over a week left I think but this didn’t seem to be a problem and Liz acted promptly to ensure my case was submitted in the allocated time frame. I could not fault Liz and her team as throughout the course of my claim they were always on hand either by phone or email to answer any questions and really helped put me at ease when I had my doubts about anything. I especially liked the fact that I emailed Liz once on a Saturday worrying about something and she emailed me straight back asking if it was ok to call, it was touches like that which really stood out for me.
All in all the whole experience of making a claim whilst daunting at times was made a lot easier with the help and friendly nature provided to me by Liz and her team at Wolferstans and I will be forever grateful to them for their hard work and dedication which resulted in my claim being successful, with a certainly life changing (in a good way) result.”
