Kate is a solicitor within the Wills and Trusts department and has considerable experience advising upon the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys, Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and estate administration work.
Kate joined Wolferstans in 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Initially, Kate qualified into the residential conveyancing department before joining the Private Client team in 2010. She obtained a Law degree from the University of the West of England and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Exeter.
Since joining the Private Client team, Kate has assisted many families in dealing with estate administration work. Kate also has significant expertise in dealing with drafting of complex Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Outside of the office, Kate plays netball in a local league and supports Plymouth Raiders.
