Laura is a solicitor in the Wills and Trusts department and advises clients on Wills, the administration of estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Laura qualified as a solicitor in 2008 having completed her law degree and Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University. She has specialised in Private Client work since she qualified and has advised hundreds of clients in relation to their Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney or Probate matters.
She completed her training contract at Foot Anstey Solicitors and then worked at another Plymouth law firm for a number of years. There, Laura worked within the Wills & Probate team but for approximately three years Laura’s work predominantly involved dealing with NHS Continuing Care claims, whilst still working on more straightforward Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney matters. As Laura has gained experience she has also dealt with advising on some more complex matters.
Laura joined Wolferstans in 2018 and advises clients in relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate.
In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Devon and Cornwall with her family, attempts some gardening and can often be found watching steam trains with her young children.
