Laura completed her LLB law degree at Keele University in 2004 and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Chester in 2005.
Laura started her legal career working in personal injury and clinical negligence. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011, while working for West London law firm, IBB Solicitors. Later that same year, Laura was admitted as a Solicitor.
Over the following years, Laura continued acting for individuals who had often suffered serious injury or harm. In addition, she assisted with supervision and training of other fee earners, paralegals and support staff.
Following a change of career direction and relocation to the West Country in 2017, Laura now focuses her time on advising individuals on their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as administering estates. She joined Wolferstans in 2018. Her experience is wide-ranging and includes giving advice on Inheritance Tax mitigation in Wills and administering complex estates such as those with an overseas element. She is now an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
In her spare time, Laura enjoys Pilates, baking and exploring Cornwall and Devon with her family and their dog.
