Nicola is a Chartered Legal Executive and has worked in our Disputes and Litigation team since joining the firm in 2013.
Prior to joining Wolferstans, Nicola completed her law degree (LLB Hons) and Legal Practice Course (PgDip) at the University of Plymouth. She was later admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2017.
Over the years Nicola has developed a wide range of experience enabling her to assist clients with a variety of civil litigation matters, although Nicola’s primary areas of practice include the resolution of Contentious Probate and Trust related disputes. To this end, Nicola is continuing to develop her expertise in this area and is currently working towards ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) accreditation; a specialist post qualification certification denoting a mark of excellence for practitioners who are substantially engaged in this field of practice.
In addition, Nicola is well versed in Debt Recovery and Landlord and Tenant Disputes and leads the firm’s Debt Recovery Team.
In her spare time, Nicola enjoys walks with her dog or travelling when time permits.
