“If I had to do it again, I would wish Peter Tassart as my solicitor.”
“Never felt my claim was too small for their time and full attention. I was treated very kindly, with great consideration. I was given honest, clear advice but my concerns always came first. It is a difficult thing to do, but Peter and his team understand that and offer genuine support while working hard for you. My outcome was positive on many levels for which I will always be grateful to them.”
“I can’t commend strongly enough the service that Peter Tassart of Wolferstans provided to me. Pursuing a clinical negligence claim is a long and stressful process. Peter worked tirelessly on my behalf and kept me fully informed throughout the process. He became attuned to my concerns and fears and worked to reassure me when everything became too much. Peter was always honest and transparent with me and always provided me with a balanced opinion about developments within the claim which I fully appreciated. Peter even telephoned me in the evening after some case conferences because he knew that I would otherwise spend the night worrying about the outcome of the meetings.
Even after my case settled, Peter continued to support me, signposting me to other professionals to help me to ensure that my compensation payment was protected within a personal injury trust”
“I would like to thank Peter for treating me so kindly and being so understanding to my situation. I feel he has done above and beyond what I expected in the circumstances.”

Thank you doesn’t cover how grateful am. My luck changed the day you agreed to represent me.”

“I would like to thank you for agreeing to take [the] case on and helping him as you did. Although we tried relentlessly before approaching you, nobody would take [the] case on, nobody would really listen… you did a really wonderful job… and I don’t think I thought in a million years you would achieve such a good pay out. So a really big thank you for your great success.”
“A big thankyou… for taking care of my claim in these last few years which has been very traumatic for me. I can now try and put it behind me an move forward, but once again to P Tassart… and all the team thank you and god bless you.”
