Please ensure the correct reference number is used when making a payment as we cannot carry out work until outstanding payments are received. Your reference number is located at the top right of your bill along with the date and bill number.
Our preferred method of payment is by Bank Transfer and this is usually the fastest way for funds to reach us. Our account number and sort code can be found on the reverse of your bill and should be used in addition to your reference number to create a payee within your online banking service. This will then allow you to make a payment to us quickly and securely. If you do not have these details, please contact us by email or by phoning 01752 292339.
Your bill can be paid online using a debit or credit card (excluding American Express).
Your bill will be processed using Legl with the highest security standards where your details are encrypted, and your personal data is safe. You will be redirected to Legl’s payment portal where you will need to enter your invoice reference number. An email confirmation will be sent to you immediately after making a successful payment. You can visit our North Hill, Plympton or Plymstock offices to make a payment at the reception by card or cash (cash payments of up to £500 only). Please quote your reference number when making a payment in person.
