Alison Challacombe

Partner, Solicitor

Alison joined Wolferstans in January 2009 and is Head of our Child Care team specialising in all aspects of the law concerning children.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has been a member of the Children Panel since 2004. She has acted for parents and children in all kinds of public law proceedings including care proceedings, contested adoptions, contact and child abduction over the last 20 years. 

Alison is an experienced advocate in the family courts at all levels and deals with the more complex cases concerning children in which serious allegations are involved.

She is also a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children.
