Charlotte is an Associate and Solicitor in the Wills and Trust department, specialising in both taxable and nontaxable Estate Administrations, Probate matters, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney drafting.
Charlotte obtained her law degree in Portsmouth and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at The University of the West of England.
Charlotte began her legal career working at the Co-operative Legal Services in Bristol, focusing on Estate Administrations. Charlotte relocated to Plymouth in 2014 to complete her solicitor training with Devon based law firm Beers. Charlotte joined Wolferstans in 2016 after qualifying as a solicitor.
Charlotte has administered more than 100 estates of all degrees of complexity. She has also advised hundreds of clients on their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Charlotte qualified as a full member of The Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2020.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys running and is regularly competing in marathons.
