Emma Cladi


Emma studied Law with German at the University of Dundee during which she spent one year of her degree at the University of Muenster in Germany. She subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield. Emma undertook her training contract at a firm in Sheffield and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2010.

Emma relocated to the South West in 2017 and joined Wolferstans in 2021. She specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate applications and the administration of estates and trusts. She also assists clients with inheritance tax planning, the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trusts and Deeds of Variation.

Emma qualified as a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2018. She is a full accredited member of the Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and a committee member of the SFE Devon And Cornwall Regional Group. Emma is also a Dementia Friend.

In her spare time Emma is learning Italian. She enjoys yoga, spending time with friends and family and exploring the local area.
