Nikki Cobb

Nikki is a Partner at the firm and a Chartered Legal Executive.

Nikki qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1999. She joined Wolferstans as an Associate in 2018 after spending nearly 18 years specialising in residential conveyancing whilst working for a large Legal 500 national law firm and is now a Partner of the firm.

Nikki deals with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties of all levels, from a Shared Equity acquisition through to the high value transaction. Nikki is also very experienced in re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release mortgages, new leases, deeds of modification/rectification/variation and has had ample involvement in the set-up of new development estates and plot sales.

Nikki has worked for clients all over the country and has an established loyal client base. Nikki is acknowledged for her exceptional standard of client care and her ability to deliver on client expectation.

Nikki supervises a team of experienced and qualified conveyancers, passing on her wealth of knowledge and experience as a mentor to junior trainee lawyers. She runs a varied caseload of files and oversees the completion of between 20 to 30 matters per month.

Nikki was born in Plymouth and grew up in the local area and therefore she has extensive knowledge of Plymouth and the local area.

She speaks fluent Spanish and good French and has level 2 British Sign Language.

In her spare time Nikki enjoys keep fit classes, experimenting in the kitchen, tending her garden and travelling abroad.
