Rebecca is a Chartered Legal Executive working in the Care Team at Wolferstans.

Rebecca graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2015 with her LLB (Hons) Law Degree and has worked in family practice in the Plymouth area ever since. Rebecca is completing her CILEx qualification and is currently a Graduate Member.

Rebecca often represents parents who have been issued with a ‘letter before proceedings’ or when the Local Authority make an application to the Court due to child protection concerns. Rebecca has extensive knowledge of Public Law Care Proceedings and regularly advises clients regarding Care Orders, Supervision Orders, Special Guardianship Orders and Placement Orders. Rebecca advises clients on all aspects of child protection.

In her spare time, you will find Rebecca at the gym or enjoying time with friends and family.
