Tishka qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2005 whilst working for a large High Street Law firm in Plymouth, where she handled a caseload of both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing transactions. Tishka joined Wolferstans in 2010 as a Residential Property Conveyancer and was promoted to Partner in June 2021.

Tishka works from our North Hill office and specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing. As well as freehold sales and purchases Tishka’s caseload includes shared equity acquisitions, high value transactions, unregistered titles, new builds and re-mortgages. On average Tishka completes between 25 to 30 matters a month due to her loyal client base and her reputation with the local estate agents. She enjoys helping her clients through the conveyancing minefield to achieve their aspirations.

Tishka supervises a team of paralegals and she mentors trainee Licensed Conveyancers and trainee Chartered Legal Executives. She also oversees the training programme for Trainee Solicitors during their rotation in the residential conveyancing team.

Tishka’s free time is taken up with being a mum to two children although she enjoys karate and reading when she has some quiet time!
