As a solicitor of over 25 years of experience in land and property transactions, Jonathan Wharmby complements Wolferstans’ existing team of qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers and experienced property experts and paralegals.
Jonathan joins Wolferstans’ Residential Property team as an Associate and will be primarily based at our Plympton office which is conveniently located on the Ridgeway.
Although Jonathan has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all areas of commercial and residential property matters, his main focus will be in residential conveyancing. He will take on the more complex and challenging sales, purchases and other property related matters for our clients, including sales of part, acting for builders, land development, overage agreements, deeds of easement and leasehold matters.
Not only is he recommended for his comprehensive legal knowledge in land and property but Jonathan also delivers an excellent standard of service to his clients, putting the needs of his clients above all.
Jonathan is known for going that extra mile to meet client expectations and his experience is coupled with a practical, “can do” attitude, ensuring that his client’s interests and objectives are achieved in the best possible way and, where required, providing solutions to complex property matters.
Originally from the North of England, Jonathan relocated to the South West in 2002 with his family and is fully committed to life in South Devon and all it has to offer, including being a keen golfer and getting involved with his local community as a Rotarian.
