What will you do?

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded and well-established team. You will have responsibility for preparing and drafting legal documents to include Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney based on client's instructions. You will be expected to liaise with clients and third parties and deal with new client enquiries. Assist the team with their file management and help organise seminars and other business development events. Attend will signings, as a witness; very often these are out of the office and so its preferable that you can drive.

You will be based at our North Hill office and there will be times when you could be expected to support members of the team at our branch offices in Plympton and Plymstock.

What do you offer?

Previous experience of drafting Wills, LPAs and working in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
